From the South Side of Chicago, Attorney Spence was presented with life experiences and opportunities that prepared him well. A former Trial Attorney with the U.S. EEOC, he has been practicing law for over 20 years, primarily in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, criminal defense and family law. He was the criminal defense attorney in the first extended media coverage case in Cook County history: People v. Timothy Jones. He has been served as an Administrative Law Judge for over 15 years in the Villages of Matteson and Dolton.
He knows the importance of having a knowledgeable, compassionate, and respectful counsel. Respect for the law and the community at large. Attorney Spence stands on the important that every individual that needs an attorney and appears in court feels that they will be dealt with fairly and with respect.

Prior to becoming an attorney, I was Executive Producer for WLS-AM. I had the opportunity to work with legendary broadcasters such as Don Wade, Roe Conn and several others. I was also producer for the very successful Ty Wansly and Ed Vrdolyak show in the mid 90’s. While at Percy L. Julian I played football for legendary coach J.W. Smith when we won a Prep Bowl and City Championship.
